Application for entry to Russia for foreigners

- Find out about the entry restrictions before starting the trip. After submitting the application, the data of the foreigner is sent for preliminary verification. If a foreigner has entry restrictions from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he will find out about them before the trip.
- Get a QR code with information about your passport and trip. After crossing the border and confirming your account on Public Services, a QR code will be generated in the application. It will be based on the data from the application. During the stay in In Russia, it will be possible to present it if necessary, for example, to police officers.
- Where can I apply
- In the ruID application. It is available in the App Store, Google Play, RuStore and AppGallery.
- In Public Services, if you have already registered biometrics
- The application must be submitted no earlier than 90 days and no later than 72 hours before entry. In case of urgent entry — no later than 4 hours before entry. If there are less than 72 hours left before the date of entry, the application must specify the reason for the urgent entry. You will also need to attach documents that confirm this reason. You will not need to show your documents again at the border.
